Tony, Caro & John's All on the First Day is a really good rainy day album that I bet you do not have. Perhaps also Red Hash by Gary Higgins.

The Album Leaf, Early Day Miners, or Ida - depending on how melancholy you want to get.

Anything By The Essex Green/The Apples in Stereo; they never fail at making me happy regardless of how poor and boring the surroundings/time may be.

It's been my all-purpose album lately, but there's nothing like an angry, howling stoner on a rainy day.

I think an Elliott Smith record would be appropriate, maybe self-titled or Either/Or.

i'm a big fan of If You're Feeling Sinister (belle and sebastian) for rainy days.. of course I like that album for sunny days as well.

I think my favourite rainy day album is Let You Down by Kingsbury Manx. So gloomy.
