Hey folks,

What do you all do for a living? I'm really pissed off with my job, so want to try something different when I get back from travelling . . . any recommendations?

You've probably saved your soul. Good luck in finding a worthwhile job.

I've got a job at the local grocery store right now, but I'm also in High School. I'm probably going into music education.

My job sucks pretty bad right now too. I get paid pretty crappy, and last week my paycheck bounced. Needless to say I was fucked, because I barely get by every month anyways. I really need to find a new job bad, but also don't know where to look.

I work at a chemistry lab, but if you wanna know how I feel about my job just check out the topic called I just need to vent... in this forum if you wanna know how I feel about my job.

Teaching is my ideal profession. I hope that I can do that someday...

I work for a history publisher, and I run the archaeology list. Doesn't sound too bad, and I suppose it isn't, but I don't know if it's really for me . . . plus, sitting in an office five days a week really winds me up.

I want to do something with my hands, maybe outdoors.

sometimes i wish that women had no rights again so that i would only have one or two jobs to choose from...

but really, this whole job thing is one big question mark that follows me around and haunts my sleep (though luckily im sleeping, so it really doesnt bother me).

i know what you mean. there are so many jobs that interest me and/or fields of study that i wish i could spend more time in. if i were to study everything i ever wanted to i would probably die before i paid of my student loans or put my knowledge to go use.

Environmental stuff - good idea. Anyone work in this field? I did a geography degree at Oxford, so that's got to be a good start . . .
