does anyone know where one could get these??

it sounds a lot like julian sings 'thirfteen' in manifest destiny. anyone notice this? I'm sure its thirteen or fifteen but i cant help but giggle every time i hear it...

I've listened to this album like 50-60 times in its entirety (both bastardized and non bastardized versions) since it was streamed last month (it was july 15 i think) and ive always wondered about that...plus id like confirmation on some of the other tracks lyrics...

any ideas how we can get these lyrics?

I've been wondering the same thing. I'm thinking we need to start typing.

Grandpa and Julian (found on tape)

Grandpa: (singing)
Julian: I think we can do it. Do you think we can do it?
Grandpa: Sure.

Freeing Song for Reindeer:

Tired old Reindeer transporting Santa Claus
Freedoms awaiting one of our own from us all
Find your own Christmas
Far away from this
You have served us best
Fuel your engines west

Tired old Reindeer transporting Santa Claus
Freedoms awaiting one of our own from us all
? Costume, they're our gifts ?
? Weight upon your drift ?
Find your own Christmas
Far away from this one

Tired old Reindeer

Manifest Destiny (as far as I can tell

The grand sun is setting
??????
???????
Scarecrow sings of scarecrows
Scared of flying though their wings grew long ago
You are fifteen, you are fifteen
You are fifteen with silver hair
And there's a majesty cause you felt it
And you felt it since the day you were born
And your mother, and your father
And your sister, and your brother

Majesty

Life surrounds the houses, cities, earth and all it's seas
Of revolution as each day is such, the sun is just.
We united children of the lonely oceans mass
the majesty of life and fear and trust, and trust.

The grandson setting out alone
Grandpa knows
and the scarecrow
sings of scarecrows
Scared of flying
though their wings grew long ago
You are fifteen, you are fifteen
You are fifty, with silver hair
And there's a majesty cause you felt it
And you've felt it since the day you were born
And your mother, and your father
And your sister, and your brother

listen, songs of young tornadoes rise out of their clouds
high above, the clouds they sing of you

I swear the snow is falling
haven’t you seen yet for yourself?
Your ? are never lost, they’re adrift in the atmospheres leading them.
they have so much to fear
Nimbus! Stratus! Cirrus!

Sorry, but I can not figure out what that one bit is supposed to be.

Never before did we worry about you.
But now we are sure that there is cause for alarm.
Ride the elves' cloven-hoofed horsey

see for yourself, you simple small engine are part of the whole
gravity's undertow under you has given up on you alone

never believing that you could be air-bound at all
now for all mankind you must now go on

you must now find yourself exploring places no human has gone before you

ride the elves' cloven-hoofed horsey and find there's a symphony dreaming of you.

It's taken it's rest and it's laying down flat.

Flatter than you. Flatter than the world far below seems to you.
Flatter than all of the pages in books in which stories are told.

Never believing that you could be found in them all.
Children will dream of you as they grow old.

Told of the hoof-steps on rooftops that beckon you when you're alone.
To ride the elves' cloven-hoofed horsey.

Cost to bear - our gifts (?)
