maybe this is a silly question for this forum, but i've always really loved aquaman. nobody ever mentions him or makes movies about him, but i think he's the coolest. my 7 yr old has gotten me back into comics, so much fun. although they've gotten kind of lame lately, if you ask me.

Almost everything is lame lately... "kids" cartoons for example - we need more Rocko's Modern Life, Angry Beavers, Ren & Stimpy... even Courage The Cowardly Dog. SpongeBob is the only one of note still being made.

I always dug Aquaman though. Used to sail a lot, so I dug water, and he fit that bill the best.

boba fett. he's a superhero. if that doesn't count, then the riddler. he's evil, so if that doesn't count then it's batman.

untrue, they made an aquaman movie in "entourage"

my favorite superheroes as a kid were wolverine and donatello of the teenage mutant ninja turtles. i also like bobby digital.

Nice! I just rigged up a bong with nothing more than chewing gum and some string.

i'm confused about this. it looks like there wasn't really an aquaman movie... http://www.variety.com/article/VR1117945851.html?cs=1&s=h&p=0
but then there' this youtube trailer:

so was there one and i missed it? did anybody see it? i really like aquaman, but mostly the version that DC comics made in the 60s. the trailer looks a little lame, i have to admit. i think my son, julian, would be almost as excited as i would be if it existed.

i used to be a fan of the green lantern. strangely though, during his comic book days he was a skinny white guy but it seems like he had some sort of operation because now hes a much more bad ass ripped black guy.

Batman is a straight up baller, he doesn't even have any superpowers and yet he still manages to smoke bloods on a regular basis.

so i downloaded and watched that aquaman thingy, and it was alright, but it was basically a pilot that never got picked up. too bad. he's the mostest. i love the idea of an underwater superhero that acts as a poseidon in the modern day.
i never really liked all the mainstream guys... except captain caveman.

I don't really have enough knowledge of comic books. I've been getting more and more into it, but all I have that is american is a couple alan moore graphic novels.
