Interesting - I hadn't heard about this and searched and sure enough it just came out a couple months ago, and apparently it's the first show after Mickey Hart (temporarily) left the band, with just Bill drumming. And it's early 70's ('72), always good with the Dead, esp. 73-74 imho

There's still so many Dick's Picks I don't have (virtually all of them), would you recommend this before any of those? I of course would also be grateful for DRG's opinion

I just saw it last night on my record store's website. I know nothing about it, but will more than likely pick it up....either tonight, or tomorrow (payday.) I will post an opinion then.

It's not the band I hate, it's their fans.

Damnit....I just got back from the record store, and forgot to look into this. I viewed the track listing online, and of course the second set holds a nearly complete That's It For The Other One........There are other songs in the set that interest me: Loser, Bertha (as Iíve mentioned,) Bird Song, Easy wind.......IDK, Iím going to see if I can find an audience recording first. Like Funeral said, the early 70's were Grate for the band.......68', and 69' seem to be kicking my ass too......
