whats your favorite pieces?

i have sentimental reasons why "pictures at an exhibition" by Modest Mussorgsky is my favorite. it was my senior year of marching band. but it is really really good. and i love the story behind it. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pictures_at_an_Exhibition

"Rhapsody In Blue" by Gershwin is like, the best piece of music ever. But that's also classical music fused with jazz.

Rachmaninoff's Prelude in C# Minor, i play a rather sloppy version (no pedal; no care), but there is no better song to slam around when you're angry.

And i love Scriabin's Prelude Op.16 No.4. http://youtube.com/watch?v=4fvyIg5N8Ws

Samuel Barber's "Adagio For Strings" and Pergolesi's "Stabat Mater" are pretty amazing.
