I envision a utopian society where everyone shuts their lips, does the Helen Keller and talks with their hips.
Floss teeth at least once a day, different monthly resolutions (this month is to tune up my single speed), make my bed every day, manage mental health, daily tarot card readings/practice/study, save 5k by august....
Been pretty good about sticking to them-- some days I falter a bit.
I think 2017 might be the year I finally make the jump to 4K.
did the fitness thing consistently for a month and a half and am slipping now because i feel very depressed for no reason these past two weeks, but am still taking walks and doing spin class on saturdays
No more monster energy drinks!
