I don't know, dude, I don't have any sales figures or anything, but I'm going based on the amount of people I've seen at their shows (both in person and on video) as well as critical attention and praise. Circulatory System shows I've seen have always had good turnouts; Sunshine Fix not so much. And the first CS record got some critical accolades while Age of the Sun (of which I, too, am a fan) was pretty much ignored and
Green Imagination was virtually lampooned. Also going partially on the fact that the Olivias have said WCH is the only one who doesn't work a normal day job, and I'm guessing that's partially because of the fact that he's credited as sole composer on both Circulatory albums and has collected all royalties as such.

Age of the Sun was not pretty much ignored. The label really pushed it, and I know Bill was on the Power Puff Girls soundtrack. I personally pushed it when I worked in college radio.
